We are looking for a Research Fellow in Computational Cardiology to join the Edinburgh Computational Cardiovascular Imaging research group.

**The Opportunity**:
The post holder will be responsible for the design, implementation and evaluation of computational electrophysiology algorithms for the analysis of electrophysiology data at scale. The post holder will work directly on the OpenEP platform, building the integration with the UK national supercomputing service (ARCHER2), hosted by the Edinburgh Parallel Computing Centre (EPCC).

**Your skills and attributes for success**:

- Excellence in Python software development for scientific computing
- A strong foundation on computational methods for digital twinning
- Prior experience handling large quantities of clinical data
- Prior experience in high performance computing
- Relevant domain knowledge relating to cardiac electrophysiology
