We've got an exciting opportunity for an individual to join our Self-Directed Support (SDS) team as a Senior SDS Advisor on a full-time (36.25 hours per week) permanent basis in **Inverurie.**

**The Role**

As a Senior SDS Advisor, you will coordinate and mentor your team to deliver a high quality service for the people that we support. You’ll ensure that the service and team operate inline with relevant organisational and statutory policies, including Health & Safety, employment and quality laws.

You’ll also work closely with our Service Lead to provide guidance on best practice and development opportunities for self-directed support.

- Excellent customer service skills
- Effective verbal & written communication skills
- The ability to work on your own initiative and produce high quality, accurate work
- Demonstrable experience of leading others and working collaboratively
- A can-do attitude with a strong commitment to professionalism and quality
- A proactive solutions focused approach to problem solving
- Great organisational and planning skills
- SVQ level 4 (SCQF level 6) or equivalent qualification in a relevant discipline
