Randstad have an opportunity available to join the team at Belfast Metropolitan College based at NI prison service for a tutor / Trainer Assessor in Warehousing and Storage.

This is a part-time post 2 days per week.

**Requirements**:

- A relevant Level 3 qualification in the vocational area of Warehousing & Storage...
- PLUS
- Either hold OR be in the process of completing a recognised assessor qualification, e.g. D32/33, A1/A2 Assessors, TAQA Award or equivalent, OR give a commitment that you will undertake a recognised assessor qualification within one year;
PLUS
- One year's experience of training/assessing within the area of warehousing & storage
- GCSE English (Grade A*-C) or Essential Skills Level 2 (or higher) in Communication, or any qualifications which are deemed to be equivalent
- GCSE Maths (Grade A*-C) or Essential Skills Level 2 (or higher) in Numeracy, or NICATS Access Maths Modules, or any qualifications which are deemed to be equivalent
- Excellent MS Office skills

**Responsibilities**:

- To carry out training needs analysis to determine the skills gap between current and desirable trainee skill levels
- To deliver training as appropriate and provide support for trainees
- To carry out training and assessor duties in compliance with awarding body and regulator standards
- To understand the training needs of the trainee population and deliver and develop challenging and exciting training sessions
- To deliver innovative programmes
- To ensure all training and assessment materials used are of the highest quality and are appropriate to support training and assessment
