CNC Lathe Operator

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled CNC Manual Lathe Operator to join our team. As a CNC Lathe Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC lathe machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications primarily producing metal components for the Agricultural, Construction & Plant Industries. This is a full-time position with competitive pay.

**Responsibilities**:

- Set up and operate CNC lathe machines to perform various machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job orders
- Select and install appropriate tooling, fixtures, and attachments
- Load raw materials into the machine and ensure proper alignment
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and efficiency
- Make adjustments to machine settings as needed
- Inspect finished parts using precision measuring instruments
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues that may arise during production

Qualifications:

- Previous experience operating CNC lathe machines is required alongside Milling Machines, Pillar Drills
- Proficient in using mill, hand tools, and welding equipment
- Familiarity with logic controllers and CAD software
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to read technical drawings
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations
- Ability to fabricate and assemble parts accurately
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
