The Role

As a Regional Recruiter you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent to support their mission of delivering outstanding care services

Job responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Develop and execute recruitment plans tailored to the region.
- Attend community events to promote the organisation
- Act as the main contact for recruitment inquiries within the region.
- Guide hiring managers through the hiring process.
- Keep accurate records of recruitment activities.
- Improve recruitment strategies over time.

Job Criteria - Essential:

- Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare or social care sector.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
