**Job title**: International Marketing Executive

**Reporting to**:CMO

**Location**: London (central)

Remote work Option, but regular presence in the office would be desired.

The International Marketing Executive will work closely with the CMO and play a key role in a small team with a big workload. They will contribute to the delivery of marketing campaigns and take ownership of all administrative requirements, becoming indispensable to the smooth operation of Bricksave’s marketing function.

**Administrative support**
- Ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the marketing team by providing support to team members on all marketing initiatives
- Ensure all marketing assets, variables and client-facing content is kept up-to-date
- Complete and distribute regular and ad-hoc performance and progress reports
- Act as the first port of call for internal and external communications and requests made to the team, resolving them where possible or ensuring they are acted upon by the team where necessary
- Ensure materials are provided to 3rdparties on time

**Marketing development**
- Contribute ideas to ongoing marketing activities and assist with their efficient execution to accelerate adoption of Bricksave services
- Write and proof-read engaging, multi-channel marketing copy
- Collate materials from across the company for production of marketing communications
- Develop and maintain database of competitors and competitor activity
- Organise and manage webinars
- Research and identify 3rdparty media opportunities
- Develop and co-ordinate internal marketing communications

**Essential Qualifications**
- Min. 1 year’s experience in a marketing role
- Confident self-starter
- Strong communication skills and personable
- Organised, with an eye for detail
- Ability to analyse and interpret marketing performance
- Can do attitude with a sense of humour

**Highly Desirable Qualifications**
- Strong command of Spanish and/or Portuguese language
- Experience in digital and multi-channel marketing desirable
- Experience in real estate and/or investment industry
- Basic understanding of HTML
