Active Luton is looking for a Sports Maintenance Assistant to join the friendly team at Lea Manor Recreation Centre.

We are seeking to appoint committed and motivated individual who will undertake the preparation and maintenance of the 3G pitch. Set up and take down equipment in support of the pitch programme and bookings including football and hockey goals. Meet with customers, helping or directing them to the correct person or service as necessary to promote and support a positive customer experience.

The successful applicant will be focused with proven experience working in a busy customer-facing environment and have the ability to manage periods of heavy and conflicting workload demands.

Shifts include evenings and weekends
