We are looking to appoint an exceptional Head of Student Recruitment and Widening Participation to join our talented team and provide leadership and insight for the development and delivery of our student recruitment and widening participation activities. The post holder will play a frontline role in helping St George’s achieve its ambitious student recruitment and widening access goals. We would like to hear from experienced student recruitment and widening participation professionals, with team management experience, keen to progress their career in a Higher Education setting.

Key attributes of the successful applicant include:

- Track record of delivering successful student recruitment plans to achieve growth
- Successful track record of developing and managing widening participation strategies
- Experience in assessing, re-aligning and developing evidenced-based plans
- Passion for delivering great customer service
- High level of prioritisation, organisation, and communication skills to manage a high volume of work and priorities effectively, including when under pressure
- Enthusiasm and personal initiative to solve problems, a self-starter with ability to work unsupervised
