We have opened our brand-new Restaurant Dorothy and Marshall located in Bromley old Town hall. Our mission is that eating and drinking in good company is one of the most important things about being human. We offer our guests, delicious food cooked with the best British produce, lovingly served in beautiful surroundings. (our building is really something)

Where will I be working?

Dorothy & Marshall is located within Bromley Old Town Hall in the Centre of Bromley. It is a beautiful Grade II listed building that has many of the original features of the court house that it once was.

What Skills and experience do I need?

As Head Waiter you will play a key part in our Front of House management team and lead the restaurant daily service.

You will be joining a new team in a brand new space where you will have the opportunity to develop and grow your skills as well as being an integral part of our guests' experiences.
- Have a minimum of one-year work experience in a restaurant as a supervisor or team leader
- Have a passion for great service
- Are an excellent team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
- Has experience in managing service and team members
