**The Role - Accommodations Officer**

Pinnacle Group are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Accommodations Officer to provide a customer focused, responsive front-line housing management service to our temporary accommodation units in Bromley. The shift patterns for this role alternate between 8am-4pm and 10am-6pm depending on service needs and is office based.

**Duties/Key Responsibilities**
- To help administrative tasks for the wider Bromley contract
- To build professional relationships with tenants and to educate tenants in the rules of the unit.
- To be polite and courteous to tenants so they feel free to address any issues with you.

**Skills**
- Knowledge of housing legislation and current practice
- Tenancy/Leasehold Management
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently
- Resilience to manage in an ever changing environment
- Excellent Customer Services
- Ability to handle multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Excellent IT skills (Word and Excel)
- Excellent numeracy skills
- Problem solving
- Complaint handling
- Housing qualification, at least CIH level or equivalent. Must be willing to study for CIH level 3 if not already achieved
- Full driving license is desirable
