We are looking for someone with a confident and bubbly telephone manner who can build a good rapour with customers

Making outbound calls to businesses promoting our IPAF Training Centre and Fleet of Spider machines

Dealing with any inbound call and dircting them to the correct person and dealing with any enquiries that may come in

Updating and managing CRM System

Answering telephone and transferring calls

Dealing with all training & machine enquiries and bookings

Liasing with other team members regards logistics for delivery of machines to customers

Ensuring delivery notes are ready for delivery of machines

Preparing Booking Forms for IPAF Training and booking IPAF on IPAF Training Website

Ensuring that all training courses are set up for the upcoming courses

Dealing with enquiries and passing on messages and arranging site surveys

Updating on line calendar with machine hires and training bookings

Dealing with any cross hire bookings and booking cross hire machines with suppliers

E mailing customers promo's and training confirmations

Covering for other office team members to cover holidays

Any other tasks required to help with the smooth running of the office
- The ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure
- Experience in Inbound and outbound sales calls
- Experience working in a sales environment, or a passion for sales
- have a confident and bubbly telephone manner and able to build a rapour with customers
- knowledge of CRM
- The ability to get on with different types of people in a pressurised environment
- A good understanding of the importance of excellent customer service and ability to build rapport with customers
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- The ability to work on own initiative
- Positive and has a "can do" approach to work

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.50-£10.50 per hour
