Job Overview:
**Duties**:
Assisting with admin for our Sales & Contracts Team
Filing
Taking incoming calls
Making outgoing calls to potential new clients
Booking in meetings for the sales team
Assisting with our maintenance clients
Updating and completing spreadsheets & databases
Following up new and old enquires
Ad hoc duties to the office manager and Managing director
Identifying new business prospects
Reaching to potential clients
General admin duties across departments.
**Skills**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills to maintain office efficiency.
- Excellent data entry capabilities for accurate record keeping.
- Ability to handle clerical tasks efficiently.
- Good phone etiquette for effective communication.
