**Warehouse Supervisor**

The main responsibilities of the role include supporting the Operations Manager in the following:

- Supervision of driving staff based at our Bristol Depot.
- Daily loading of the vehicles and warehouse duties
- Management of returns and disposals
- Overseeing daily deliveries and collections and any operational issues as they arise.
- Dealing with external contractors and suppliers such as agencies or equipment providers.
- Ensuring health and safety compliance within the area of work.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workloads.
- Great team-working skills and reliability as part of a small team
- Experience in a logistics or warehouse environment and current counterbalance FLT licence
- Good IT skills and be comfortable to support in the office once warehouse duties are complete
- Experience of planning / vehicle routing and transport would be an advantage

Hours are 05:30-14:15. Salary is dependent on experience.

This is an ideal position to learn many areas of the logistics industry as part of a close team with a commitment to providing great service. There is potential for learning the planning of the delivery schedule for 3-4 vehicles in the south-west of England and South Wales, with option to rotate with a 9:15-18:00 shift.
