**Head of Sales**
- **Work Location**_: Manchester, UK M35_

1. Responsible for achieving sales and retail performance in the UK market;
Including but not limited to channel Mapping, comprehensive market information collection, business model and strategy design (and opportunity market capacity, main competitive products and market space, retail terminal layout and competitive products layout, etc.), to ensure the achievement of business objectives.

2. Responsible for sales and retail management in the UK market:
Undertake the business strategic indicators assigned by the company to the UK, formulate business strategies based on resource allocation (including human, financial, material, information, etc.), export operational path planning, manage the phased realization and tracking of the path, and be responsible for the sales of the UK market.

3. Responsible for retail sales and ground marketing in the UK market:
Build the UK retail capacity, formulate retail strategies and development goals, coordinate the operation and management of retail business, and complete the business targets assigned by the company.

4. Responsible for the management of sales and retail teams, including but not limited to team capacity building under performance requirements, effective performance incentives, etc.

**Requirements**:
1. More than 5 years of overseas marketing management experience in large enterprises, and more than 3 years of senior management experience.

2. Certain experience or understanding of e-cigarette industry;
3. Product knowledge, marketing knowledge, brand operation knowledge, project management knowledge, business negotiation thinking.

4. Cross-departmental business and resource integration, market insight and analysis.

5. Have successful experience in product layout, overseas market annual business strategy, overseas market organization and operation mode, etc.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £45,960.59-£70,694.53 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
- Commission pay
- Performance bonus
- Quarterly bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- MANCHESTER: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
