Tide Partnership are working with with a leading private healthcare company in their quest for an exceptional HR Advisor to join their people team. We need someone with a real flair for employee support, someone who can confidently handle a diverse range of employee relations matters and is a pro at managing a high-volume case load.

As the Human Resources Advisor your job responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):

- Being the first point of contact for all HR-related queries and issues.
- Coaching and advising line managers on employee relations matters, in accordance with company policies, processes, and employment law
- Providing robust advice and guidance on ER issues such as disciplinaries, grievances, performance management etc
- Developing strong relationships with stakeholders across the organisation including HR colleagues to ensure credibility as a specialist advisor
- Providing first-line advice on complex cases, alongside HR Business Partners
- Enabling and training managers to manage people in a self-sufficient manner by developing their people management capabilities

**Job Criteria**
- CIPD level 3 qualified, or equivalent experience/qualification
- Experience working within the Healthcare / Health and Social care sector would be highly advantageous
- Experienced working in a high volume, fast paced HR / ER advisor role
- Experience of developing and coaching managers to improve people management capability
- Ability to build relationships and adapt your style and approach accordingly
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to travel for the role as and when required
