Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pM/Friday 8.30am - 4.00pm

**About the Role**

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven individual to join our team as a Building Maintenance Administrator. This role will see you work with both our Properties Department and Store Design Department ensuring the prompt completion of repairs and recharges, and the maintenance of accompanying administration systems.

**Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing**

This is a new role to the business and is crucial for the continued growth of our Properties and Store Design Departments. As part of the administration support between the two departments, your role will be challenging and varied.
- Assisting with reactive maintenance for Properties and Store Design Departments, including issuing work orders, obtaining quotes and processing repair invoices.
- Monitoring Independent Retailer store refit and repair requests, ensuring adherence to established procedures.
- Ensuring that all recharges for Retailers and service charges are carried out correctly.
- Administering statutory compliance reports in line with legislation.
- Processing invoices related to development projects, meeting all due dates.
- Maintaining spreadsheets in relation to contractors, asset registers and property access registers.

- Familiarity with regulatory compliance and documentation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant software.
