Administrator - Care & Support

Duties:
- Include performing clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, minute taking and data entry. Undertake reception duties particularly being first port of call for telephone calls. Produce information for finance team with regards invoicing and payroll. Assist with recruitment process.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an administrative role demonstrating strong organisational skills
- Proficiency in data entry and maintaining accurate records
- Familiarity with office equipment operation and basic troubleshooting
- Excellent phone etiquette with the ability to handle calls effectively
- Competency in various administrative tasks such as scheduling, filing, and correspondence handling
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work undertaken
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team to achieve common goals
- Efficient time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively - Good communication skills
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: £13.90 per hour
Expected hours: 22.5 per week
