This role is vital in ensuring that the hospital site is able to keep running effectively and are a key customer service role for KFM, ensuring all usual and urgent requirements are responded to professionally and in line with our SLAs. This means that we are looking for a problem solver who can liaise with multiple departments, stakeholders and external suppliers to resolve issues and deliver an exceptional customer service to all clinicians and ward managers.

The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that wards and departments have a continuous supply of goods in line with the Trust's materials control system. This will include visiting the departments to an agreed schedule, undertaking stock inventory using Omnicell Intelligent Cabinets, Automatic Data Capture and other Materials Management systems. Investigate discrepancies, problem solving, contacting suppliers and relaying information to Ward Managers. Undertake general administration duties including keeping up to date files and records of all areas within supply of goods and services.

The Supply Chain team at KFM is currently seeking an Inventory Coordinator to work with the team at our PRUH and South site. The successful individuals will be responsible for delivering to wards and departments across the hospital site, maintaining continuous supply of goods in line with our materials control system.

You will work with departments on agreed schedules to deliver and unpack goods, undertake stock inventory checks manually and using automatic data capture systems.
