**Please see job description, the main duties include**: To provide high quality holistic evidence based care to patients / service users that is responsive, effective and efficient. To hold a clinical caseload demonstrating advanced knowledge, skills and clinical reasoning. The role will have visible clinical and management leadership responsibilities ensuring delivery of the teams in achieving all QIPP and performance targets, including uptake of clinical supervision, mandatory training, PADs and undertaking clinical audits. To co ordinate and liaise with the team on all operational aspects including new initiatives within the team eg IT data systems and clinical service transformation.

To develop and maintain effective working relationships with key parties who link with the MSK together therapy team including First Contact Practitioners physiotherapists in local Primary Care Networks. The post holder will lead the vision for embedding the five fundamental values of trust, honesty, respect, compassion and teamwork through out all care giving settings within the locality.
