SuttonInAshfield, United Kingdom Sherwood Forest Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Full time

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with MSK experience, who is looking for a new challenge.

At present the two services sit together but are quite separate in the way they work in that one is paper based and the other is on SystmOne. The aim is for the whole service to be on the same system and patients will have more choice as to where they get their treatment. This Team Leader role is crucial for delivering training on post op protocols to staff within the alliance and auditing that protocols are being followed and auditing outcomes.

The department are committed to the triple aim of improving population health, improving patient outcomes and providing value for money for tax payers.

The post holder will also be responsible for the day to day running of the department, for organising training, for monitoring capacity, plus all the other duties of a team leader.

Applicants must have significant MSK experience as a band 6
