Beauty & Aesthetics Therapist

**We are looking for an experienced Beauty & Aesthetic Practitioner to join our team in Lumi SKN Clinics, Market Harborough and be part of our exciting journey This is a fantastic opportunity to support the growth of the clinic.**

This role is responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, providing the very best levels of client care, and working as an integral team member with the Area Clinical Lead to grow a flourishing business and maintain exceptional clinical settings.

You will provide professional advice on both face and body treatments, and skin care products, to suit our clients most personal needs, recommending additional treatments and skin care products where an opportunity arises. You will be a key ambassador for Lumi SKN Clinics; you put clients at the heart of everything we do, offer a warm welcome, and allow every client to experience a flawless client journey.

We understand pay is important; we will also invest in you with the latest training in a variety of treatment techniques and ongoing development within the ever-evolving sector of aesthetics.

**What qualifications and experiences would we like to see?**
- At least a NVQ level 3 in Beauty Therapy, or equivalent qualification, and at least 1 years' experience in aesthetic treatments. Ideal to have Level 4.
- A good understanding of the how a successful clinic operates, along with Retail experience so you’re able to settle in quickly and support the clinic to flourish and grow
- Sell, sell, sell Being confident to upsell products and treatments to clients to help them and you meet monthly targets
- Flexibility To serve our clients when they need our help, we need you to work flexibly, which for this role includes evenings until 8pm, weekends, and the odd bank holiday (our clinic is open:
Monday 10 am-4 pm

Tuesday9 am-5 pm

WednesdayClosed

Thursday10 am-8 pm

Friday10 am-6 pm

Saturday9 am-4 pm

Sunday Closed

Monday 10 am-4 pm
