**Job Title: HR Consultant**

**Contract**:Permanent, 37 Hours per week, Full Time

Term Time only plus 2 weeks, is also available.

**Start Date**:as soon as possible

**Salary Range**: £53,873 per annum, Operations OP17, Scale Point 47.

Pro Rata for Term Time only: £47,109

**Reporting to**:Chief Operating Officer

**Location**:Mater Christi Trust office in Barrow-in Furness or Carlisle, Cumbria.

- Provide Strategic Leadership in Succession Planning and Talent Management.

**Essential Qualifications**:

- Degree Qualification or Equivalent, preferably in a relevant discipline.
- Relevant HR Qualification e.g. CIPD
- Full UK Driving Licence
