Sales Assistant

Our Sales Assistants will focus on one primary objective – creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. We are continually searching for passionate beauty lovers that want to help our customer through their beauty experience. Whether assisting with hair colour, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, we want you to be the advisor on our customer’s journey. It takes knowledge and training – which Sally will go above and beyond to provide. You bring your passion and personality – we will do the rest

Being a retail business, we require all employees to work flexibly. Here at Sally we work Monday to Sunday on a rota basis which you will be notified of in advance. You may also be required to work at another location (Within reasonable travelling distance). If flexibility cannot be met, we are unable to process your application further. Driving with this role is essential and you must be a confident driver as we deliver across Cumbria. 

You must also be over 18 years old due to the products we sell.

Your role as a Sales Assistant / Van driver:

Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
Delivering in the van across Cumbria
Recommend additional and complimentary products.
Inform customers of current promotions and events.
Set up advertising displays and arrange merchandise to highlight sales and promotional events.
Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.
Demonstrate our Sally Culture and Values.

Evidence of passion for delivering exceptional customer service
Confident approach towards selling and maximising sales opportunities
Passion for the industry – working alongside professionals
Must be flexible in working hours and days, including weekends and holidays
Passion for working in a retail/sales environment
