**Role: Senior UX Designer**
**Location: Sheffield 2 days per week in the office city center**

Oscar Technology have partnered with an ambitious SaaS tech Startup whose mission is to create positive change through the use of their innovative technology. Being a tech for good company it is very important to them and they hold themselves accountableto increase positive impact in society and the environment and is looking for someone who holds the same values.
**The Role**
This role is a great opportunity for someone with 4 years' experience as a UX Designer who has worked with junior designers, and is looking to join a company that is forecasting huge growth not only in their business but in positive societal change. Youwill report directly to the Head of UX and will work closely with Researchers, using a combination of quantitative and qualitative data to define and deliver new features.
A typical day in this role would involve taking part in Agile practices (including: stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and prioritisation) with our Development, Research and Product specialists.
**The Responsibilities**
- Support and work closely with the UX Design Team to discover the stakeholders requirements and reporting needs
- Creation of wireframes, storyboards/journey mapping, user flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Creation of high-fidelity production-ready UI designs
**The Requirements**
- 4 years' experience in a similar role
- Visual Design (Keen eye for detail)
- User Journeys
- Wireframing, Prototyping, Storytelling
- Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch
- Research Methods
