The role is located near Oakwood in North London and the company is looking for an experienced corporate receptionist to start right away. The company will honour any notice periods as well.

**Purpose of job**:
The post holder will report to the Director of Operations and will be the primary point of contact for employees/ clients/ suppliers/ customers. To take responsibility for the day-to-day administrative tasks and offer support to staff.

**Main Duties**:

- Answering incoming phone calls and passing on relevant messages to staff
- Adding the worksheets on AMS as well as taking complaints and taking messages if the person is unavailable to take the call
- Make detailed reports of complaints and transfer to relevant department
- Create spreadsheets for local rates and Council data
- Distribute incoming post and prepare daily outgoing post
- Manage deliveries to the office
- Filing and scanning of documents
- Liaising with local authority clients and third-party contractors
- Topping up electricity for portfolio units
- Liaising with tenants via telephone or mail to schedule inspections and arrange access
- To maintain existing databases and records are updated daily as required
- Keeping the server and AMS updated with daily registers, inspection reports, booking forms and all safety certificates
- Assisting in ad-hoc admin duties as requested by management

**Skills & Knowledge required**:

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and maintain appropriate professional boundaries
- Exceptional written and spoken English
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work effectively in a high-pressured environment
- A proficiency in the use of MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel
- Excellent attention to detail
- Have a pragmatic, logical approach to problem solving.
