Administrator - Customer Service

We are looking for a Customer Services Administrator based at the Crewe Depot
Shift pattern is 5 on 2 off Sunday to Thursday 13.00-21.00
**Salary**: £23000 per annum
Responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the POD function. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Scanning and matching of all POD’s (proof of delivery notes).
- Accurately file and archive all paperwork
- Retrieve PODs from customer portal
- Recording and retrieving of all POD’s
- Record and report all discrepancies receipted on Proof of deliveries
- Dealing with customer POD queries in a polite and timely manner.
- Any other ad hoc duties.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Is a flexible, reliable and enthusiastic team player.
- You will be a well organised, self-starter, committed to getting the job done.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office.
This role will suit a self-starter who will need minimum supervision.
**Salary**: £23,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Weekend availability
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Crewe: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- A-Level or equivalent (preferred)
**Experience**:
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
