The Recruitment Co are thrilled to be working with a growing business in Gateshead with their recruitment for a Payroll Supervisor. This is a great opportunity to manage a small and friendly team and a business with a great culture. **Duties include, but are not limited to**:

- Supporting with the management of accounts including invoices, sub-contractor payments and payroll.
- Be responsible for a small team of Accounts Assistants who provide purchase ledger and payroll support to businesses
- Demonstrate fantastic organisational skills
- Be able to manage your own time and meet targets and deadlines
- Have experience of managing a team
- Have the ability to work well on your own or as part of a team
- Excellent verbal communication skills are essential as you will need to develop strong relationships with all levels of the business from site teams to external sub-contractors.
