With **a competitive salary **depending on experience **+ a car allowance**, when you join us, you’ll also enjoy 25 days’ holiday, a day off on your birthday, a day off to support a charity or organisation of your choice, a performance-related bonus scheme, and private healthcare.

**How you’ll change it up**

You’ll join our growing Procurement team, using your skills and expertise to support our Network Operations space, as well as still gaining exposure to other category areas. You’ll be responsible for sourcing goods and services across a range of third-party suppliers, as well as the in-life contract management of tier 3 suppliers. Day to day, this is some of what you can expect to be doing:

- Identifying cost saving initiatives across the department prior to contract renewals of our existing supply chain
- Supporting a defined set of categories but have the flexibility in your knowledge to lend assistance into other areas in line with the peaks of the business
- Vendor management of existing suppliers whilst also negotiating / onboarding new suppliers
- Ensuring transparency through the procurement process both internally and externally in line with CityFibre’s policies

**What you’ll bring to the role**

You’ll be a Procurement Specialist who is able to lean into the business as and where required whilst also managing their own set of categories. You will need to have an appetite for change, good communication skills and ability to grow relationships across the different business areas. You’ll also bring the following with you:

- Previous experience of the tender process from end-to-end
- Exposure to supplier selection through a tender process
- Vendor management in both risk mitigation and KPI review meetings

We’re looking for people who don’t settle for ‘good enough’ and push things forward. If you’ve just found yourself thinking, ‘I’d love to do this’, we want to hear from you. Let’s change it up.

**Diversity, Inclusion and Belonging**

Our people have a wide range of experiences and perspectives - and it’s this diversity of thought that makes us who we are.

CityFibre is working hard to change up the telecoms industry. This means we’re committed to providing equal opportunities to people from all backgrounds and commitments, including your carer and family status, ethnicity, sexual orientation, religion, age, disability, gender and gender identity. We’re also offering training programmes and placement opportunities to support the skilled, career changers, service-leavers, and returning workers to become part of our teams.
