Key activities within the role include:

- Co-ordinating the Fellowships and Visitors programme at CRASSH, from the selection process through to welcoming visitors and helping them to integrate into the community at CRASSH and the University of Cambridge more broadly
- Developing and maintaining a Fellowships and Alumni database
- Managing communications with alumni
- Organizing regular social events for the CRASSH research community

Applicants must be:

- An experienced user of Microsoft Office
- Educated to HND, HNC, level 4/5 vocational qualification or academic degree

Applicants must have:

- Excellent planning & organisational skills
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills
