**BANKING CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR**

**Start Date**:3rd Jund2024

**Salary**: £12 per hour + Performance Bonus (£25, 398pa OTE)

**Working hours**:37.5 hours per week, 5 days per week _4 Week Rotational shift pattern between Monday to Friday, 8am - 8pm, 1 in 4 Saturdays_
- **Week 1**_: 8am - 4pm - Monday to Friday_
- **Week 2**_: 12pm - 8pm - Monday to Friday_
- **Week 3**:_ _9am
- 5pm - Monday to Friday_
- **Week 4**_: 12pm-8pm - Monday - Wednesday, Friday and Saturday_

**Location**:Remote

**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting Customers: Help customers with various banking inquiries, such as account balances, transaction history, account setup, and general account maintenance.
- Handling Transactions: Process financial transactions accurately, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and bill payments, while adhering to security and compliance protocols.
- Problem Resolution: Address customer concerns, complaints, and disputes promptly and professionally, working to resolve issues to the customer's satisfaction within established guidelines and policies.
- Product and Service Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the bank's products and services to effectively educate customers, promote relevant offerings, and cross-sell additional products as appropriate.
- Digital Banking Support: Assist customers with navigating digital banking platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, and promoting online and mobile banking services to enhance customer convenience and accessibility.
- Compliance and Regulations: Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security procedures, and privacy policies while handling customer transactions and safeguarding sensitive information
- Documentation and Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using internal banking systems and databases, adhering to data protection regulations and recordkeeping standards.
- Promoting Customer Satisfaction: Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering personalized service, demonstrating empathy, and actively listening to customer needs to foster long-term relationships and loyalty.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues and other departments within the bank to address complex customer issues, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive work environment focused on achieving organizational goals.

**Role Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a Financial Service role preferably in a customer centric environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed in a customer centric environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and complaints management tools
- Persistent and resilient attitude towards rejection and challenges.
- Adaptability to quickly learn about new products and industries.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
