**Salary**:£12.05 per hour PLUS Monthly Store Bonus

**Contract**:Permanent - Full Time (24 hours per week)

**Start Date**:Immediate Start Available

**Who Are We?**

Agile Retail is an experiential marketing agency with over 20 years staffing experience who have partnered with our client, a Global Tobacco Brand to support their journey of creating a smoke free future for the UK with their heated tobacco product. This revolutionary new product that heats tobacco instead of burning it, offering several benefits over traditional tobacco products.

**What the Retail Supervisor will be doing?**
- Motivate and inspire a team to deliver world class service.
- Support the Store Manager on the day to day running of the business.
- Train and coach your team to be experts in their field.
- Educating Adult Smokers on the benefits of heated tobacco.
- Convert traditional tobacco users to begin their journey with heated tobacco through in store demonstrations and taste trials.
- Maintaining store standards and cleanliness.
- Working alongside the Store Lead to drive sales performance and customer experience.
- Support opening/closing of the store and daily operational duties including, but not limited to, stock management, store reporting and cash handling.
