Admin Assistant

Founded in 1986. We are an independent family business with over 35 years experience. Delivering great value, high-quality blinds & shutters from our factory in the North East. We are an accredited full member of the BBSA and follow a strong Code of Practice. This enables us to provide the highest standards of product, workmanship, and service. We use UK based suppliers for our products enabling us to deliver fast to our customers. We provide a measuring and fitting service throughout the North East. For customers in the trade or based further afield we supply and deliver blinds across the UK.
**Main Responsibilities**
- Processing orders, generating invoices, placing orders with suppliers, and taking payments from customers
- Develop knowledge of our products to support customers
- Provide an excellent level of customer service
- Provide support to the management team with day-to-day tasks in the office when needed
**Requirements**:
- 1 years experience in an office-based role preferred. But not essential as on-the-job training will be provided
- Experience with Google Workspace / G Suite (Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) or similar
- Willing to learn the different software we use to operate our business
**Salary**: From £11.00 per hour
