HRis Lead

We have an exciting opportunity to join a lovely charity in Durham and become a part of their growing People Team as an HRIS Lead.

You will help support their fantastic workforce and make the charity a great workplace. We are looking for someone with significant experience in systems and workflows to join their friendly People Experience Team, manage their systems and data function, and lead the development of the HR Information system (SAGE People).

**You will**:

- Support employee lifecycle and experience by overseeing their people systems.
- Be the principle contributor to the implementation, design, maintenance and continued improvements to people systems.
- Responsible for process improvements, solutions and production of key information and reporting.
- Provide expert advice and training on the system.
- Work closely with the People Team and external managers/stakeholders to ensure our processes are streamlined and user-friendly.
- Have great communication skills and the ability to build good relationships with colleagues across all levels of the organisation.

In return, they offer a salary banding of £24,090 - £35,090, 27 days annual leave + bank holidays, an annual leave purchase scheme, enhanced sick pay and an excellent work-life balance.

**Salary**: Up to £35,000.00 per year
