We're looking for someone to manage and lead this diverse supply base and support and lead the Category Managers that report into you.
- This will include Category Management and delivery of initiatives that drive TCO resulting in annual savings/revenue of multi millions annually. As a Senior Leader in Procurement you’ll be taking the initiative, working collaboratively and improving the function as a whole.

**What you will be doing**
- Providing expert knowledge of the supply markets of Gaming and Sportbook bringing insight and introducing new/innovative approaches or ways of working to optimise the delivery of the categories
- Identifying and sourcing projects within the category, across different spend areas, to be incorporated in the annual procurement plan and driving initiatives to deliver significant cost reductions or incremental revenue
- Ensuring strategies are implemented and TCO reductions secured, according to implementation plans and agreed with business stakeholders
- Leading and implementing all sourcing activities and all renewals (RFI, RFP, Negotiation, Auctions, Benchmarking)
- Actively managing our key “partner suppliers” that will drive continued in contract innovation, service and cost reduction and maintaining contractual and business relations as well as monitoring supplier satisfaction
- Leading from the front with a team of Category Managers and SRM
- Structuring contracts and working with SRMs to input key SLAs, Service Credits and working with suppliers and our internal Legal Team to ensure robust contracting is completed
- Assessing regular performance of key suppliers and driving the improvement of performance.

**Who we are looking for**
- Excellent knowledge of key contractual clauses and experience in best-in-class sourcing and category management
- Knowledge and experience of Gaming and Sportsbook is important for this role
- Clear and demonstrable achievements in Procurement in varied industry sectors
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence at senior levels
- Member of CIPS (MCIPS) is preferable.
