Job Advert Description

This is an outstanding opportunity to join North Wales Police as an GO SAFE EVIDENCE ADMINISTRATOR and be responsible for all computer and administrative duties involved in the processing of offences detected by the Wales Road Casualty Reduction Partnership - Go Safe.

**What does the **GO SAFE EVIDENCE ADMINISTRATOR** role entail?**
- Download, log and process digital offences in line with HOTA
- Verifying and storage of offence data
- Maintain the filing and archiving of documents
- Manage telephone enquiries and liaise with digital camera IT companies to notify of faults
- Assist with site checks where required
- Instigate personal service or further enquiries with NWP and foreign forces.
- Liaise with the Evidence Assessors for advice or summon files
- Produce copies of images or statements
- Support the Op Snap Co-ordinator with processing offences when required.

**What will I need to be considered for the **GO SAFE EVIDENCE ADMINISTRATOR** role?**
- NVQ3 or equivalent qualification in Administration and / or proven relevant experience in systems administration work.
- Clerical / Administrative experience to include filing, indexing photocopying and typing.
- Proven communication skills, commensurate with the requirements of the role.
- Ability to work as part of a team or independently using own initiative.
- Ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines, responding positively under pressure.
- While performing the duties of this job the post holder is regularly required to carry out Manual handling activities which would include:

- bending, lifting, moving and carrying heavy objects.
