Futureworks is looking for talented, motivated people to join our team of Skills Advisers delivering the Shared Prosperity Fund ‘Skills Futures’ project.

We have opportunities for those who have experience of teaching, training, assessing and/or quality assurance of vocational qualifications. The project focuses on key priority employment sectors for Pembrokeshire, we are looking for people with training experience in the following vocational areas: Engineering/Energy Sector; Landbased/Heritage; Construction and Digital Skills.

Ideally, you will hold relevant vocational qualifications to NVQ Level 3/4 or above, hold vocational Assessor’s award or be willing to work towards, have direct training experience, knowledge of accrediting learners in the work place, and the ability to manage your own caseload. You will need to ensure the timely and accurate delivery of qualifications in line with contractual/grant conditions and awarding body requirements.

Experience of working with local employers and supporting learners in the workplace would be an advantage. You will deliver on a hybrid basis, from our learning centres across Pembrokeshire, at employer’s premises or in community settings, and some digital delivery.

Whilst these roles will involve working mostly Monday to Friday, there may be a requirement for some evenings and weekends working to meet the needs of project beneficiaries and business needs.

Yn ddelfrydol, bydd gennych gymwysterau galwedigaethol perthnasol hyd at NVQ Lefel 3/4 neu uwch, dyfarniad aseswr galwedigaethol neu’n fodlon gweithio tuag at hwnnw, profiad uniongyrchol o hyfforddi a gwybodaeth am achredu dysgwyr yn y gweithle a byddwch yn gallu rheoli eich llwyth achosion eich hun. Byddai profiad o weithio gyda chyflogwyr lleol a chefnogi dysgwyr yn y gweithle yn fanteisiol. Byddwch yn cyflawni ar sail hybrid, o’n canolfannau dysgu ledled Sir Benfro, safleoedd cyflogwyr neu leoliadau cymunedol, ac yn ddigidol hefyd o bryd i’w gilydd.

Er y bydd y rolau hyn yn cynnwys gweithio’n bennaf rhwng dydd Llun a dydd Gwener, efallai y bydd angen i chi weithio gyda’r nos ac ar benwythnosau er mwyn diwallu anghenion buddiolwyr y prosiect ac anghenion busnes.
