**The Role - Specialist Cleaner**

Pinnacle Group are looking for enthusiastic and experienced WSpecialist Cleaner to work on housing estates. Working within the facilities management sector, this company oversee the day to day running of housing developments across the country. Based in the Tunbridge Wells area, the suitable person will be travelling to sites across Kent, Surrey and Sussex so a full UK Driving Licence would be essential and you need to be happy driving long distances. A Pinnacle vehicle would be provided. You will be ensuring the windows on each site are kept clean at all times as well as the deep cleaning of the internal areas. This role will involve the use of machinery such as floor buffers, carpet cleaners and scrubbers. It was also involve quite a lot of heavy lifting so a good level of physical fitness would be essential.

**Duties/Key Responsibilities**
- Washing down walls and removing graffiti.
- Strip and seal of floors.
- Using carpet cleaners to clean carpets and upholstery.
- Advising Manager of materials / equipment to be ordered.
- Ensure stores and equipment are kept secure and in accordance with health and safety requirements.
- Reporting required repairs / maintenance in communal areas.
- Driving company van to and from site.
- Other reasonable duties as directed by Manager.

**Skills Required**:

- Commitment to Customer Service with good communication skills.
- Experience of cleaning services and cleaning equipment.
- Window cleaning experience is essential.
- Experience using carpet cleaning machinery is essential.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Cleaning experience
