Responsibilities:- Providing administrative support to fee earners in the conveyancing department-
- Audio typing, drafting and reviewing legal documents and correspondence-
- Managing diaries and appointments, making travel arrangements, and booking meetings-
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, and other solicitors-
- Managing and maintaining accurate case management systems-
- Undertaking searches and preparing relevant documentation for the conveyancing processMaintaining filing and archiving systems-
- Providing excellent client care and maintaining positive client relationships- Requirements:- Previous experience as a Conveyancing Legal Secretary-
- Excellent typing and audio skills-
- Good organisational and time management skills-
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage a busy workload-
- Attention to detail and accuracy-
- Experience using case management systems-
- Good IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office-
- A commitment to providing excellent legal services and maintaining high professional standards
