Trade Counter Supervisor

We are looking for a Trade Counter Supervisor to join our team at our Sherborne Branch. Within this role you will play a key part within the branch as a multi-skilled member of the team working with all departments to ensure customers receive exceptional customer service every time. You will deliver the highest level of service and will ensure your team do the same: you will help to drive sales while dealing with customers to ensure their requirements are met and that they are well supported. You will also be required to check of goods and merchandise the stock in the shop.

Previous supervisory experience would be beneficial however we are more interested in recruiting somebody who has a positive, can do attitude and therefore it is not essential; coaching and training can be provided

In return, we offer 30 days annual leave a year (inclusive of Bank Holidays) with that rising to 33 days a year once you have completed a years’ service.
