Role: Warehouse Stock Replenishment Team Leader

**Salary**: £ Competitive

Location: S75 1HT, Barnsley, South Yorkshire

Hours: Monday to Friday - 40 hours per week

Contract type: Permanent, Full-Time

What you will be doing:

- Report directly to the Warehouse Manager
- Provide Line Management to the team
- Co-ordinating workloads
- Accountable for movement of stock from floor to bin
- Responsible for the stock inventory across the Warehouse
- Inventory stock rotation
- Organise and keep inventory storage area clear
- Manage employee attendance, performance and holiday cover
- Be responsible for a team of 4/5 indirect reports (day and night shift)
- Providing support to ensure that the team delivers
- Development of staff
- Monitoring any issues
- Ensuring Operational Targets, KPI’s and Quality Standards are met, in order to meet the requirements of the customer

Skills required:

- Ideally you will have previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader
- Supervision and leadership for the day/night shift Stock Replenishment Team
- Fork Truck experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong man Management skills
- Microsoft 365, Excel and Word
- Health & Safety (IOSH)
- Lean Sigma
- Operational KPI experience
