As a **Warehouse Section Leader **you'll play a key role at the centre of our operation, where every action you take contributes to our customers enjoying their favourite M&S food.

**What will you do & what will you need**

As a Section Leader your role will be to support the Warehouse Shift Managers with the smooth functioning of the Warehouse operation, ranging from picking, intake, out loading, and value-added operations. You are responsible for executing the essential tasks to ensure we meet and exceed our customers' expectations on a daily basis. You’ll be task focused and inspiring to your team by demonstrating and coaching them on what success looks like.

Gist **Barnsley** is one of our original distribution centres with an impressive warehouse of 222,000 square feet. The site was opened in 1971 to exclusively service the Marks & Spencer (M&S) Food contract. Various extensions have been added to the original building to enhance capacity and support our network growth. We currently have 488 colleagues at site. We provide free parking and the number 12 bus stop is within a 10-minute walk from site.
