Lewisham and Greenwich NHS Trust are seeking an enthusiastic, experienced and highly motivated individual to provide administrative and organisational support to the Contracts Team. This post has been created following a team restructure and offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant and dynamic team that manages an extensive contracts portfolio for the Trust.

The post holder will report to the Senior Contracts Manager and will be based at the Catford offices. The post holder will provide contractual and administrative support to the Associate Director of Contracts and Procurement, Head of Contracts and the Senior Contracts Managers in the day to day management of the contracts portfolio.

The purpose of the role is to
- To support the Senior Contracts Managers in the day to day management of contracts providing administrative and organisational support
- Provide administrative support to the Contracts and Income Team
- Provide contractual support to Directorates as required in the management of smaller SLAs (eg Provider to Provider)
- To lead the validation and coordination of the monthly contractual challenge process for Acute, NHSE services and Local Authority Contracts.

The role is at the heart of the Trust’s financial viability, giving the support necessary to the contract negotiation and monitoring processes, providing senior administrative support.
