The Opportunity

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Delivery Operations Specialist to join us. As a member of NCC Group’s Customer Success unit, this role will be responsible for the progression and successful management of business change initiatives to enable the Delivery Operations unit can operate at cost-optimal levels both now, and in the future.- Build and maintain an effective programme of business and cultural change that can be rolled out to those parts of our business that will be impacted the most.- Review business data and MI and use this to provide actionable insights that would influence and shape business change programmes in-flight.- Face and successfully navigate the daily challenge of keeping multiple internal stakeholders engaged and productive.- Spot gaps in our business processes and quickly develop artefacts to give our internal stakeholders and our customers consistent, quality support.- Help retain our pool of highly motivated security experts.- Enable the largest collection of information security talent in the world to do what they do best.- Work effectively and collaboratively with our teams across the globe to achieve positive business outcomes through programmatic improvements to process.

Role ResponsibilitiesDesign and delivery of business change plans (including all appropriate communications and governance wrap, capability enhancement through training, KPI definition, etc) to support unit wide business improvement programmes.- Utilise an expansive set of root cause analysis tools (e.g. VSM, A3) and change models (Kotter, Deming) to define problem statements and generate solutions that deliver tangible business improvement outcomes.- Create and deliver business change narratives, with engagement of change stories at all business levels.- Facilitate complex ideation sessions with a wide range of competing stakeholder groups to achieve strategic consensus.- Articulate associated quantitative and qualitative benefit as a result of change interventions.- Manage and internal stakeholder expectations, providing appropriate progress reporting.- Managing programme risks and issues; leading issue resolution, coordinating tasks and working with internal teams to manage business expectation and impact.

Business Operations and Development- Fostering strong internal relationships with business operations and delivery teams.- Promote the value and importance of business change.- Collaborate with teams to understand and solve complex strategic and organisational. challenges.- Capture, develop and improve upon internal tools and best practices and tools to support. growth by leveraging credible business data and MI.- Care for our valued talent, and target employee appreciation efforts on a local and national level.

Essential Skills- Experience in IT, software or other technology-related industries, ideally with at least 2-3 years’ experience of cyber security.- Experience in creating Business Change programmes, requiring varied and highly skilled resource from multi-disciplinary teams.- Experience in the practical use of Lean and Six Sigma principles to drive effective business change.- Experience in the use and analysis of Power BI-related data and MI.- Proven relationship builder able to develop relationships and ensure programme expectations are appropriately managed.- Outstanding verbal and written communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.- The skill to ensure consensus is achieved when issues arise.- Strong initiative and adaptability.- Exceptional team and meeting management skills.- Ability to remain positive, proactive and take responsibility to solve problems when under pressure.- Managing and developing both internal and external relationships.- Strong initiative and large reserve of adaptability.- Ability to prioritise across multiple concurrent projects and responsibilities.
