Language Recruitment Services (LRS) is currently recruiting Team Assistant, sales Administrator, Client Service Coordinator to join a growing international company

This is a varied and rewarding role supporting client management and sales teams and working closely with business partners in France

Fluency in French is essential for this role.

**Main Duties, Sales administration (with French)**
- Respond to client queries and deliver excellent client services
- Prepare quotes, process purchase orders with accuracy
- Update client files and details
- Check stock level and provide updates on delivery where needed
- Collaborate with other internal departments
- Assist with ad hoc administrative duties such as travel bookings, filing, translation

**French speaking Sales Administrator, Profile**
- Fluent French and English essential
- Previous administrative, order processing, delivery management experience
- Resourceful and positive team player
- Organised with excellent attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good MS Office skills
