- Providing humanitarian policy support and advice internally

Do you have the following experience?
- Research, policy influence and/or campaigning
- Evidence of having scoped and developed a humanitarian advocacy strategy.
- Track record of working on humanitarian policy issues, particularly conflict resolution, peace building and work in fragile states.

- Experience of writing reports and policy briefings

Do you have the following skills?
- Ability to research and analyse information
- Ability to work strategically and on own initiative
- Ability to negotiate and collaborate within and outside the organisation
- Ability to influence others through articulate written and verbal communication
- Ability to write reports and policy briefs

If that's you, then we would love to hear from you

- All applicants must be committed to Tearfund's Christian beliefs_
- The recruitment process will include specific checks related to safeguarding. In addition, personal identification information will be submitted against a Watchlist database to check against criminal convictions as a counter-terror measure._
