**A Career as Unique as You Are**

As Service Consultant, you will help guide our clients through the Services process to ensure smooth and seamless client interactions. This involves being responsible for servicing orders, managing call enquiries related to stock availability and ensuring timely customer correspondence that considers the emotive connection our clients have with their pieces. Our Edinburgh Store team assist 38.75 hrs per week, 5 days out of 7.

Working with the world’s most luxurious brands including Rolex, OMEGA, Cartier, IWC, Jaeger-LeCoultre, Mikimoto and more, you will receive the highest quality training to ensure your product knowledge is the best in the business.
- **Here Is How We See Your Role**:_
- Professionally engage with our clients to facilitate their repair requests.
- Ensure the administration process for repairs is upheld in line with our procedures.
- Build rapport and liaise regularly with our external workshop service providers on repair costings and timescales.
- Alongside our Services team assist with administration tasks including special orders, invoices and estimate generation.
- Ensure optimum service levels by responding promptly and appropriately to clients as and when required, to address all matters associated with their repairs or estimates.
- Pro-actively to increasing awareness of the Service Department and promoting other products and services e.g., batteries, reseals, watch/ jewellery services.
- Liaise with customers to inform them when work has been completed and their repaired item is ready for collection.
- Develop an in-depth knowledge of our products and the brand and convey this with pride and enthusiasm to customers.
- Introducing our customers to our selection of luxury Pre-Owned Watches.
- **The Perfect Person We Are Looking For**:_
- Understand client expectations and provide excellent positive communication.
- Enthusiasm to build on knowledge of luxury watch and jewellery brands.
- Experience of managing workflow and meeting deadlines.
- Well organised, being able to plan your daily tasks and show flexibility to ad hoc requests.
- Empathy and listening skills are essential along with a “can do” attitude.
- Excellent working knowledge of the technical aspects of jewellery and watches is desirable.
