The role will include:
Meet and greet clients and visitors when necessary.

Create and modify documents using Microsoft Office.

Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to photocopying, mailing, and filing. (electronic)

Liaising with customers to agree service dates.

Processing service jobs once agreed.

Organising parts deliveries for service jobs & research for price and availability of product and services as required.

Processing customers’ enquiries.

Raising quotations for supply only parts.

Processing customers’ supply only orders.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Heywood, OL10 1PW: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
