Lettings Assistant

Choice Lettings are a local independent letting agent based in the centre of Heywood, Greater Manchester.

We provide a range of services in the property industry, from rentals, sales, property management, repairs and investments.

We are looking for someone new to join our expanding team to undertake a range of tasks, to include the following:

- Answering phone calls
- Liaising with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants and contractors
- Taking payments
- Completing property inspections
- Using our software on a daily basis
- Filing and general administration
- Undertaking viewings for sales and rentals
- Rent collections and chasing
- Ensuring legislation is complied with
- Many other industry lead tasks

We are ideally looking for someone who has experience in this industry, however full training will be provided.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week

**Salary**: £10.42 per hour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Heywood: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
