Senior Store Leader

The Role
To be recognised as the Area Leads’ number 2 supporting the Area to drive exceptional service, operational and commercial standards within agreed Area budgets. To challenge and support your peers to achieve the best results whilst maintaining a set of KPI results in the top quartile of the Area for your own store. To be recognised as the champion on the Area for delivering Superdry’s key business objectives. To support the Area Lead in their absence to ensure the Area continues to move forward.
You Will
Be immersed in our brand and put our values and consumers at the heart of all decisions
Confidently support your peers to make sound business decisions
Gain trust and confidence of your peers to enable you to both challenge and support when required
Be able to support the Area using an array of financial tools confidently to drive business performance; sales and profitability
Have a ‘Do the Right Thing’ mentality
Have the ability to influence key stakeholders through a strong network within the business
Engage people in the Area - your team, consumers, peers and Head Office. Building lasting relationships based on trust, particularly with Store leaders across the Area
Support Area Lead to drive high performance within the Area through performance management and development
Support the Area to do what they need to do to make sure their store is compliant with legal, safety and people requirements whilst maintaining this standard within own store
Support Area Lead in looking for opportunities to continuously improve processes and ways of working
Get things done. In a way that works for your store and our brand whilst supporting the Area
You Are
An experienced confident Store Leader
Able to deal with challenging situations in the absence of your Area Lead. You will have the gravitas to deal with different stakeholders with confidence and credibility
Solution driven, not problem focused
