Project Administrator

Based in Renfrew, GS Associates Ltd is recruiting a Project Administrator. We have a current requirement for a Project administrator to join our Projects team based in our Renfrew Head Office. The overall purpose of the role is to support the team in providing an efficient and streamlined service to the business streams with regard to a wide range of administrative tasks. This role has a wide remit which includes input to all administration tasks and is an important support role to the business streams. Effective administrative support is vital to the smooth running of the department and will require excellent communication skills.
**Main duties and responsibilities**
- You will be responsible for the following key points and maintain professional relationships with internal parties
- Produce weekly/monthly reports
- Answering internal/external phone calls, delivering a good customer service each time
- Provide effective administrative support to the business streams as required
- Updating and coordinating the project tracker
- Maintaining records on spreadsheets & databases
- Ensuring all files are complete and stored for audit or Business streams reviews
- Scheduling appointments as required
- Producing accurate minutes of team meetings and other key meetings
- Attend to ad hoc requests as required in a timely and polite manner
To be considered for this position you will have at least 1 year’s previous experience within a similar administration role, you will possess excellent communication skills, have the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of team and be willing to travel.

- 4 day working week - Day off on rotation (currently on a trial basis)
Schedule:
- 35 hours per week
- 08:00 - 17:00
- Monday to Friday
**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
